Hi! To answer your questions...yes I do other workouts besides DDP Yoga. I workout every day with my Wii, I have a workout for it called "My Fitness Coach." Its a great workout! If you want to see what the workout looks like, just go to Youtube and look for "My Fitness Coach Cardio Footage."

I also have a huge array of workout DVD's, everything from traditional yoga to kickboxing to walking to dance.

But my favorite workout is the DDP Yoga. If you go to Google and type it in, it will take you right to the site. It will explain it to you there, better than I could! And you can watch sample clips of the workouts.

What kind of exercise do you do?

I hope you don't mind, but I saw a comment you'd made on someone's blog and I just want to encourage you. You posted that you'd joined a gym but wouldn't go if there were a lot of people there. I know, boy do I know how hard it is to go there for the first time. You think everyone there is going to be in there 20's and fitness instructors and will look down at you because you're not "one of them". I can tell you from personal experience that's so far from the truth. When I first joined it was the hardest thing for me to just walk through those doors. I was at 225, (my highest was somewhere around 245) and I NEEDED something more to motivate me, plus it was mud season here and I couldn't walk outside, so off I went with my tail between my legs in fear. I was so intimidated and scared and just knew I'd be the only over weight middle aged woman there. Not true, there were lots of people there who were not only heavier than me but older as well. Yes, there were the super fit 20's, but they didn't care I was in "their" gym. Everyone was doing their own thing.
I have been going now for I think 3 years and have gotten to the point I miss it when I can't go work out. I have even made friends with one woman who is a Iron Woman tri athlete. Talk about uber in shape! I just want to encourage you to not let the fear of what others may think because they're really not thinking anything about you at all. And I know when I see someone new in the gym and they're not the stereotypical gym rat, I ALWAYS think , that's awesome, they're trying!
