    Just checking in to see how you're doing.

    I also wanted to let you know that we started making the P90X recipes this week, and they are really good, and really easy. My husband loves them, and he's not even doing the program. We made the gazpacho, the spinach scramble, the shrimp stir-fry, and the Island Pork Tenderloin salad so far.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog "The Hype About Water". Putting Lemon in your water is an excellent way to change it up a bit. I have tried the Crystal light water bottle packets in the past, but haven't had them in over a year. I love lemon water!

    Hi Rachel!

    I had a rough weekend with some personal stuff going on, but kept pushing play and glad I did. I finished my first week of the lean program on Sunday and weighed in today. I was shocked to see that I lost 9lbs! I couldn't believe it! What a motivator!

    As far as yoga, I haven't tried it again. I will when it comes back up on the rotation, which is Thursday. I'm going to do the best I can to push through it. Like you, I plan on doing the most I can and then forward it if I need to. I know we'll both get stronger as time goes on. Before you know it, we'll both be emoticon experts.

    Of what I've done so far, I like Cardio X and Core Synergistics. I also like the standing leg work. I think that was legs and back.

    What's your favorite so far? I think you're probably further in with the classic so you may have done most of them by now and can tell me what's good about what's to come.
