Introduction Text I'm Anna Nym, and I have grown fat since I bought a car. Before the car, I walked everywhere, or at least to the bus stop. I also quit smoking two months ago, which has been great for my health but horrible for my weight. I was a little pudgey to begin with, so the added 50 pounds since August...well, they are completely unnecessary. So, here I am. Hoping to get back to my old self, or better. I once signed up for this, back in 2006. I never did a thing besides pick a user name. Now, I am heavier than I was in 2006, and it's time to give this site a real honest try.

I'm hoping to get my body back. I know that SparkPeople won't let you set your goal above 2 lbs a week, but I'd like to lose a little faster...

I do some exercising in the morning before work. Sometimes it's only 10 or 20 minutes, other times it's 30 or 40. I've also been watching what I eat more closely than ever before. I plan to start the Master Cleanse soon.
