Introduction Text WOW..it's been awhile! I'm back again.....What's that I read? "It's only failure if you fail to get back up again?" Well I'm up again, ready for the new year! I've gained some weight back, lost some muscle and suffered some loss and depression, but my head is out of the sand and I'm ready to beginn a new year! Full steam ahead! And hey...my sister and niece finally joined! Yaa...and welcome! :) My name is Barbara and I'm 450. I live central Maine. I have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. I fulfilled a lifelong dream and graduated from Nursing School as an RN in 2006. From May 2006 until March 13, 2007 my primary patient was my 'love of my life'. We lost the battle with lung cancer. From September 2007 until Dec 2008 I have been working on my Bachelors in Nursing. Yaaa....I graduated! I am working Full Time as a Nurse and I LOVE IT! I still have plenty of goals to reach and this site is an excellent way to get there!

Stay clean and sober. Don''t start smoking cig. again. Reach and maintain 14% body fat. Weigh less than 150lbs.

I will record my nutrition and be honest and accountable to myself. I will check in at SP at least once every week and post on 1 board.

I quit drinking and smoking on Nov. 10th, 2003. That's when I decided to get healthy for ME and decided to go to school to become a Nurse :).
