My ultimate goal is to lose 125 lbs and to get healthier before my husband and I start our family.

 By using SparkPeople, I will cut back on calories and fat, and learn how to eat healthier and excercise more.

    Hi, I am also struggling to lose weight, but not trying to have a baby (I have 5). I have pcos, so it was hard for me to conceive the first time. I need to lose around 100 lbs.
