OK! I am back. I was faithfully sparkdieting last summer and then i stopped. Stupid move! So now i am back and ready to get rid of 35pds. i just can't stand the way i look anymore......
what made me realize i had to come back is that i finally found a fantastic job but i am tied to a desk all day. i was then given a great opportunity to teach and my class was going to be aired in Canada. well, i got to see myself teaching and that is when i went into the ladies room and began to cry. What have i done to myself??? i am only 5'3"...i am way too short to weigh this much. so now i am on a mission!

My first goal: 10pds of weight loss.

Things I Hate Right Now:

1. How i feel about the way i look. i always feel like people are staring at me because i am overwieght.

2. Lack of self esteem. i don't want to go anywhere or do anything because i am embarrassed for myself.

3. How my fiance may feel about me. i am not the person i was when we met. i want her back!

Things I Am Looking Forward To:

1. Start planning for my wedding and not worrying about what i will look like in a dress.

2. Putting away my "fat pants" and pulling out all my "skinny jeans".

3. Being able to indulge a bit without feeling like a loser afterwards.

4. Getting involved with making myself pretty everyday. as of right now i can't tell you when the last time i didn't go to work without my hair in a ponytail and wearing unflattering clothes.

5. Being able to wear all my "work-clothes" again.

6. Being able to enjoy my summer, myself and my fiance!

Fitness Minutes: 150

My Goals:
1st goal: To lose 10pds and start to feel better about myself.

2nd goal: To lose another 10 pds and start toning up my otherwise lethargic body.

3rd goal: To lose yet another 10 pds and start putting exercise into my daily routine at work (to prevent this from happening again!)

Final goal: To lose my final 5 pds and fit into my size 6-8 pants again!

My Program:
I am back with the program...first thing to do is try and adjust my eating habits first...they are out of control!

i am binge eating and eating and eating. there is no rhyme or reason to what i am doing. i need to take control of this first.

    Hi there. i just read your profile and you sound like me!! im getting married too and need to look nice on the day. im 150lbs atm so about the same as you! i also feel like rubbish, look awful in anything i wear, have lost the interest in style because none of it suits me now!! when i met my fiance i was at my slimmest and now im right back up to being big! anyway would be good to chat. when are you getting married? x x
