Hey sweetie, I don't mind the 20 questions lol, I love CLX though on some exercises I can't lift super heavy because of my back and shoulder issues. SO on some exercises like lateral raises I stick with 8 pounds but do the sets super slow so I fatigue better, then on things like dead lifts and squats I use 15's and on over head presses 10. I need to find some 12 pound weights now and some 20's so that I can step it up a bit.
I was just telling another friend that I will be finishing up the burn phase this week and posting my 30 day pics in a blog on Weds or Thursday, I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I have lost a few inches (last time I measured at the 2 week mark I was 9.5 inches down overall, so not bad).
I haven't tried Turbojam because to be honest I just am not that coordinated. Talk to you in a bit have to take my son to the bus stop.

You are most welcome....You will do this and its what we do for each other here that makes all the difference. Set a calorie range and dont break it. Eat what you want until you are comfortable with the calorie restriction and then go from there. You will know when you need to change something. Listen to your body.
I also wanted to say if the depression gets to bad get some help with that. I take an antidepressant and it makes all the difference in the world. I suffered from crazy post pardom depression and have been on them since my son was born. I am not a pill pusher of any kind I am however an advocate for help and it could make a huge difference in your life. Just a thought. If you have any questions about anything feel free to get ahold of me. I added you as a friend. I hope thats ok. I hope this message finds you well and on the mend.
    Talk to you soon.
