i love music, sports and movies!
I am a huge fan of sports, music and movies! I enjoy going for long walks outside when the weather is wonderful!i enjoy life to the fullest and i love to spend time with my daughter. she keeps me busy and on my toes! I am done with this extra weight I gained. I will make it to my goal weight,one step at a time.

My Goals:
I am looking to lose 5 pounds on the bootcamp challenge. i am looking to get more energy and to increase my stamina. my starting weight is 163. i am down a pound,so that brings me a pound closer to my goal i set for the month of january.
My Program:
Exercising for at least 80 minutes every day,with a mix of cardio and strength training. I am now having between 10-11 cups of water every day. I have increased the amount of fruits and vegetables I have to 6 daily. I will treat myself to a new wardrobe when I reach my goal weight.

I enjoy reading books by danielle steel and other authors. I like to read a variety of books on a variety of topics. I am done being the last one called to play on the local sports team i joined. I am now a done girl!

My Goals:
