My Goals:
In addition to getting to a healthy weight and life, I want to get some of my hobbies/projects caught up. Love to crochet but keep taking on more projects before i finish the ones already on my list, lol. The sweater for me will just have to wait... that's ok because the longer it waits the closer I will be to being healthy, so less yarn and more chance I will be able to use something really indulgent!

My Program:
I currently use the metabolic rate formula to estimate the amount of calories I would burn on an average day without being active. By subtracting 500 calories from that I have a daily calorie goal that I try to stay within 20 calories of using the nutrition tracker to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need. I Zumba 5 days a week because it is good cardio and so fun to dance my weight away. I am trying to add in balance oriented strength training but have not been very diligent with that yet.

My name is Angela Ebben. I live in Neenah, WI. I am married to a wonderful man who loves me through thick and thin both literally and figuratively.
We don't have any children just a cat named Mittens, so I teach 1-2 grade Sunday School and find it very rewarding. I love crafting and making things for people as you may have gathered from above. There just aren't enough hours in the day to fit in everyone and everything I love. I have recently learned to add time for me so that I am healthy enough to be around for those I love!
