I am a senior citizen who loves art and music. I have a great family with 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. I try to paint every day or do something creative each day. I love collages and I make cards, and paint watercolors.

My Goals:
My name is Paula, I am working on losing the 25 lbs I put on after a health scare this past year that looked as if I might need brain surgery. I handle stress like so many with food and I want to change that once and for all. .
At one time my wieght was up to 227lbs and I was miserable, Weight Watchers helped me toget down to 160lbs. Than I had aknee replaced and that brought tomy weight below 140lbs and people would say" Don't lose any More weight" My body looked great but face did not. I am very comfortabel at 145 and thats where I want to stay.
Exercise is difficult for me as the bones that came with this body are not in great shape-lol
Arthritis has moved in and made it self to comfortable here.
Having the weight down takes away a lot of the pain, Making each day easier.
Thats my story
My Program:
I have started walking each day, small steps. And eventually I will join and aquatic exercise program. I seem to have a sugar addiction so I stay away from mostsugars other than fruits. I eat healthy for the most part and I like homemade soups, vergetable soup particularly.

The things I love the most are classical music and old songs, painting with watercolors and I make collages. I love anything with paper, old cards and ephemera. I also make cards and send them to my special friends..
