Hey, everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page! I'm a mom and a wife and love meeting new people. I work from home (own my own business) and love helping others lose weight and get healthy while working on my own health goals.

My Goals:
I like to set my goals in 90 day increments. I totally and completely believe that ANYONE can stick to ANYTHING for a period of 90 days. It's long enough to see GREAT results and short enough to be able to hang in there and just DO IT! My goals for the next 90 days are to 1.) to lower my blood pressure (it's not actually high, but in a state of slight elevation MOST of the time, 2.) To lose 50 LBS and 35 overall inches and 2-3 jean sizes, 3.) to really put some real focus on my home based business and begin changing our financial situation, 4.) to be diligent in tracking my food intake, exercise, and water intake, 5.) to workout a minimum of 3 days per week, but am pushing for 5 days per week, with some brisk walking on my off days. Here's to MAXIMUM success!

My Program:
I'm planning on tracking EVERYTHING here on Spark People. As far as my diet, I'm using the Visalus Body By Vi 90 Day Health Challenge to meet my goals. I plan on having a yummy meal replacement shake for breakfast, a healthy snack, another yummy meal replacement shake for lunch, another healthy snack, and then a healthy dinner and another healthy snack if needed before bed. I plan on increasing my water intake to AT LEAST 8 8oz. glasses per day. I'm also going to be taking my vitamins to help assist with energy and optimal health. I plan on working out at a local Curves for Women 3-5 days per week and doing some brisk walking on the other days.
