    I'm not the type to work out in the evenings, either. So I try to get something in during my lunch hour, or before work. Usually happens in my lunch hour! LOL

    To show the ticker for your weight loss, go to "Edit My Sparkpage" up at the right hand corner of the screen here. Scroll down until you see a box (should be under your spark teams, above your comments) and check the box next to Yes! Show Weight Loss Ticker. Then you can personalize your ticker. It will show up on your comments in your teams, too!

    Thank you so much for joining my team! I am so glad to have you. I set this challenge up for myself a few months back and got great results. Over the past few months I have tweaked it here and there to make it better and better. As I have been working on this I thought, why not share this with others? If it works for me, maybe someone else could used it and get great results too? Why not try, and if nothing else it gives you more motivation. You are already out to a great start by being on sparkpeople. Be sure to stop by the discussion forum and read all the detail of how this works. There are some really good tips in there.
