I have Chronic Physical Urticaria......Allergic to sweating....Have u heard of Fat Sick and Nearly Dead? with Joe Cross? well that is what I have....Look it up on Netflix it's pretty good...So like Joe I am eating as much fruit and veggies as possible and get rid of or limit the carbs ..did the whole juicing thing when I first got this but to be honest it is a pain in the butt...I still juice once and awhile but for the most part I will eat the good food..

Life has given me many up's and down's since my profile pic...I lost my parents and my best friend ( 19 months apart) , was diagnosed with CPU ( now found out the flu shot did this to me), depression/anxiety ....put on 45 pounds since that photo was my birthday (oct 2021) I want to be back to that photo...I was at my healthiest there...and felt wonderful...

I am married to my best friend...we have been together for 30 yrs and going strong still...He is my ROCK ! we have one son , and 2 fur babies....I am an dad died in March 2016(age 65) and mom died in Oct 2017(age 63)18months apart.. I take peace in knowing they are together again.....

    You do not have to sit still, you can walk or you can even lay down.
    My favorite way to meditate is to lay down on my bed around three in the afternoon under a down comforter. Believe it or not I have never fallen asleep. Of course I am retired so I can take a break like that in the afternoon. I also listen to guided meditations to help me sleep and that’s a little bit different but same thing I’m in bed under a blanket and I sleep like a baby most of the time.
    There are tons of them on YouTube and I like a mostly free site called insight timer, especially anything by Sarah Blondin

    I'm not moving until April 1st or the day before--I still need one more document from my doctor until I am approved for the new apartment. I am on edge about it--please pray or whatever you feel comfortable doing on my behalf so that I actually DO have a new home.
