Hi! My name is Angie. Welcome to my SparkPage. I am 24 years old and looking forward living a healthy lifestyle. I joined SparkPeople for encouragement, motivation and support. I have always enjoyed being active but in recent years I have found it more and more difficult to be motivated . I have never been over 150 pounds but I am still very uncomfortable with my current lifestyle and body. I currently weigh about 145 pounds but am hoping to reach 120-125 through a healthy diet and being physically active. I'm excited to make SparkPeople my number one tool for achieving my goals!

    Hey girl, I deff recommend the Chalean Extreme, I honestly didn't know how I would feel about it before I got it, but since doing all the circuits I absolutely love them all. I think it's really amazing and I can feel myself getting stronger already. I'll post my first week photos and blog on the 7th, deff check it out.

    It's going pretty good! I am almost complete with week #2, just got legs day left! I have been doing the 4-day split once a week...getting them in when I can. Sometimes I will do one day after the other, and sometimes I will take a day to rest. I was a little behind so I did day 2 and 3 today and hopefully I can get day 4 done tomorrow or Tuesday. I started the 4 day split on a Wednesday, so I try to start day 1 on Wednesday. So far so good though! I have been super sore but I am hoping as each week goes by the soreness lessens more and more. Good luck!

    Having "junk in the trunk" makes it hard to find jeans that fit lol but lately my friends have been obsessed with my butt... it's very strange...

    It was awesome to read about your half marathon, I think you were brave to do that, because I'm too shy to even go for a jog outside.
