Hello! I recently had my second child 6 months ago and i gained quite a bit of weight. I was in pretty good shape prior to the pregnancy (my oldest being 12 years i had time to shed the weight!). We have a beach vacation planned for this Christmas and im trying to drop a good 15 more lbs before then. My overall goal is to drop 30 more by next spring. I've already lost 40 since having the baby so i think im on the right track! My target weight is 135lbs, but with my height & build, 140lbs would be acceptable. Im motivated, goal oriented and i honestly enjoy working out! Im hoping to utilize tools and apps on the iPod to increase my motivation and progress. Also, by tracking my food, exercise and other daily habits, Im hoping that helps me lose weight as well!

My Goals:
My short term goal, is to be at LEAST 15lbs lighter by vacation (12/2010). After that, i have a second goal which is to lose a total of 30lbs by my 30th birthday (3/2011). Once i reach that goal it will be about maintaining my new lifestyle and weight.

My Program:
I started working out with the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD and recently enlisted a friend to do it along with me, twice a week. I also walk about a mile and a half at work each day. I am looking into joining the YMCA to have an even bigger impact on my goals and to workout as a family!

Personal Information:
I was born in FL, but was raised in TN and have lived here pretty much all my life. I work in the medical billing field and sit behind a desk all day so i try to do little things throughout my day to help me reach my fitness goals.

Other Information:
My family is SO important to me and my new baby girl is just such a blessing! I have a wonderful, supportive boyfriend and a beautiful 12 year old daughter as well!
