I there I am a 26 year old Momma of 2! Married to the love of my life for pretty much 7 years:) I was previously trying to lose weight and get back to a size I was years ago . In hopes of having a healthier 2nd pregnancy. I dropped about 30lbs, right when I got to my mini goal weight we got pregnant again. Though at first I was admittedly bummed as it was not planned I was excited! Sadly we lost that pregnancy, and in the short time it lasted I gained 10 back. We waited a while and got pregnant again on accident:) though I gained 60lbs we had a beautiful little girl who is now almost a year old. I've dropped all that baby weight but gained back 10. Ready to work on that. I want to trim up and lose a little more so that I can kick some major butt. I used to be hardcore into Roller Derby and would love to get back into it soon.

My goal is to get down to about 145 at this point. I would like to ultimately get to about 135-140. I want muscles, stamina, and more energy.

My Program:
Walkinganne yoga. Every other day. Getting my heartrate up as often as possible. Mixing it up with some workout DVD's

Trying to eat Lower carb and low fat. Staying at around 1200 calories a day or a lil bit less. Meals getting smaller throughout the day with Breakfeast being the biggest.

Married to an awesome man that loves me no matter what size or shape I come in. But hes an Ass man so for him Id like mine to be pretty awesome lol:)

Other Information:
I love reading and LOVE LOVE LOVE True blood! And Dexter the show. I love the outdoors but live in a barren dessert with no mountains and hardly any trees or lakes or ponds.
