Stuggled with weightloss for most of my life but that's all about to change!!! I'm going to win this battle and am setting goals to achieve my ultimate weightloss goal of 130-140!!! I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!*************************
Motivation for losing weight:
1)I want to look hot in a pair of jeans and being able to go clothes shopping with my sister.
2)feeling healthy and happy in my own skin.
3) want to get to th 190's by the end of summer.
4) ripped abs by the summer of 2013!!!!

Log my food into sparkspeople

be physically active 3 times a week

motivate myself and remind myself of weightloss goals daily

My Program:
-drink 8 glasses of water daily
-drink more tea than coffee
-use no sugar and cut down on artificial sweetener
-cook at least one meal a day.
- eat a protien rich diet with healthy complex carbs and more veggies and a little bit of fruit.

    Hey thanks for joining my challenge! I am glad to have you! Be sure to stop by the discussion forum and read the details of how it works. I have done this program myself a few times and I have gotten such good results. By all means it is no miracle program it takes work and self discipline, but with that you can get great improvements. Tons of people have asked me how I lost my weight, and I decided that I would just set up a team based on what I do. So if you want to follow my work out program you could. I am working super hard to keep everything really active and have a great support system throughout the team. Anyways, I will let you go. I hope to see a lot of you on the team forums!
