Healthy for Life
I am determined to be as healthy as I can be at this stage of life. I want my clothes to fit better and put this weight behind me.

My Goals:
1, To become consistent doing daily stretching & knee exercises as part of my exercise routine..
2. To participate as an EL - Extra leader on a new team, The Casual Travelers..
3. My ultimate long range goal is to prevent developing type 2 diabetes (Stong family history).
My Program:
1. To record my food intake on a daily basis.
2. Emphasis on LTGL, increased fruits & veggies and 8 cups fluid daily..
2. Elliptical bike 30 minutes daily along with stretching and strength training 3 days/week and walking at least 20
minutes 3 days/week with one day of rest.
Personal Information:
I have struggled with losing weight my whole life. I have always carried 10-30 extra pounds.
I am frustrated I gained back my loss. Need to lose again and keep off
