Fitness Minutes: 47,569

My Goals:
1, To become consistent doing daily stretching & knee exercises as part of my exercise routine..
2. To participate in the Winter Challenge and get my focus back on healthy eating & exercise.
3. My ultimate long range goal is to prevent developing type 2 diabetes (Stong family history).


My Program:
1. To record my food intake on a daily basis.
2. Emphasis on LTGL, increased fruits & veggies and 8 cups fluid daily..
2. Walking 30 minutes daily along with stretching and strength training 3 days/week.



Personal Information:
I have struggled with losing weight my whole life. I have always carried 10-30 extra pounds.
I am frustrated I gained back my loss. Need to lose again and keep off

Summer 2019 5% challenge: Lost 6# (Goal 8.4#) Final weigh in 162.1
In-Between 2019 Challenge: Lost 2.8#. Final weigh in 159.3
Fall 2019 5% challenge: Lost .4# (Goal 7.9#)-didn't quite make it :) Final weigh in 158.9
In-between 2019 Challenge: Final weigh in 160.1 (Happy to have made it over the holidays w/ this final weight.)

    Your page banner is beautiful! I just bought a yellow orchid to brighten the place up. I left most of my plants back in WV. I only have an old philodendron which I kept. Some of the other plants I gave to my daughter since she has the perfect window for them.
    The Amish lady that bought my house said how much she loved the violets, anthurium, holiday cactus and spider plants. I didn't think they would travel well.
    Once I figure out where the sun will be in the Spring I am going to get some more violets and a spider plant.
