I am a work in progress. I am not perfect but I don't give up. Progress is slow but I'm still moving forward. This is a life journey not a quick fix. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

My Goals:
1. Keep the promises that I am making to myself.
2. Lose weight one pound at a time and celebrate EVERY little success!
3. I will not be afraid to try new things, have new adventures and grow in spirit and in faith.
4. First actual goal is goin to be 10% of my start that I have been actually doing this for a month..I see things happening. So first goal is 18 pounds.

My Program:
1. One day at a time. One day I can handle... more than that and I am over whelmed!
2. Be selfish...when it comes to taking the time for exercising...
3. Be creative...find ways to get in exercise even if its unconventional

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York. I am 64 years old and have been married for 46 years to an awesome man. I am retired and trying to find my way in this new adventure. I enjoy painting, photography, knitting, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
