Introduction Text My name is Angel. I have a great hubby and 4 children ages 9 and under. I've never actually tried to get healthy before. I've been too scared of failure. Now I know that even if I fail, it's better than not trying at all. I love making new friends and the camaraderie that goes with supporting each other in a common goal. I'm very sociable, even if it gets hard to keep up sometimes! I truly believe in this site and I can see myself using it for a long time. Everything else is hard enough so this site is my crutch.

My goals are complicated. Of course I want to lose weight and get healthy. I also want to build confidence in myself. I want to be able to say, "I did that."

I've learned the basics, now it's time to step it up. I want this. I can do this.

My name is Angel and I'm from Tennessee. I have a great hubby and 4 children. Destiny is 9, Owen is 4 and Jackson is 3. I have another son, Michael, that would have been 5 this year, but he died of SIDS at the age of 1 month. My life story is long and sad, but hopefully my future is long and bright. I know I still have many challenges to face. I also know that I'm strong enough to make it through them.
