My Goals:
Lose 15# more by this year Christmastime.
Ultimate goal lose 50-65 pounds more.
Get more protein in my diet.
Drink more calorie free liquids.
Walk another 5k with my family.

My Program:
 walk, walk, walk outside or on the elliptical,
keep busy so i can't shovel food into my mouth all day long,
