Weight Loss Journey


I feel like I've been working on weight loss my entire life and am now as close to my goal weight as I've been in over 20 years. Wow- that's almost half my life!!

Alas, the only thing that keeps me "at it" seems to be having someone to hold me accountable. I'm now less than 10 pounds from my "goal weight". My next goal will be to learn how to maintain that weight!!

    I take it your pictures are from your trip out West? Looks beautiful. I want to be able to visit the Grand Canyon and Yosemite. Maybe some year...for now I guess I will be content with Mounds.
