Weight Loss Journey


I feel like I've been working on weight loss my entire life and am now as close to my goal weight as I've been in over 20 years. Wow- that's almost half my life!!

Alas, the only thing that keeps me "at it" seems to be having someone to hold me accountable. I'm now less than 10 pounds from my "goal weight". My next goal will be to learn how to maintain that weight!!

    Thank you for the DVDs. I had to laugh because earlier tonight I was looking at some workout videos at Walmart. They have a whole bunch of them for only $9. My hubby told me I had enough and couldn't buy anymore. He's just lucky my truck died on me today and I won't drive his big ole boat of a car in this weather. Otherwise, I'd sneak back out there and buy one or 2.

    I know exactly what you mean about life being busy lately. I haven't had much time to log onto SP for more than a few minutes at a time.
