I'm Amy, and I am in it to win it. I've got a long way to go, but I've got lot's of hope and motivation. I'm on a quest to regain my life. I would love to lose this extra weight I have burdened myself with, but I ultimately want a healthier lifestyle for me,and my family. I have a long life I want to live, and I don't want to cut it short with heart disease,or any other thing that I could have help prevent. I'm too young to be old. I have to do this for me and my kids. Lead by example!!I don't ever want my girls to find themselves in the position to have to lose 100lbs ever intheir lives. So let's get to work...

My Goals:
1. To be a good example to my girls.

2. Lose a solid 100 lbs. and live a permanant healthy and POSITIVE lifestyle.

3. Stop being addicted to garbage food.

4. Be a DOer, and live life. Stop being sedentary!!

5. Be the captin of my own ship and control my "Blue moments" with exercise and whole foods.

6. Be able to go to the store an WANT to buy clothes, and have many choices of cute and fun things to chose from.

7. Stop seeing myself as a FAT and unhealthy person.

8. Exercise to keep me fit and sane.

9. look good naked...

My Program:
So far my program consists of...Counting Calories. (every calorie!) Eating whole, and healthy non processed foods. Exercise!! Cardio, cardio, cardio, at LEAST an hour 6 days a week. Lately it's been everyday. Drink lots of water everyday, vitamins and SPARKPEOPLE! I guess I'm going the old fashioned bells and whistles. Just healthy food, and exercise, and some good support from people like you!
