Well, I've lost thousands of pounds. It is just a shame its the same damn 10 to 20 pounds over and over again. Oh well here goes again.......

    Congrats on finishing the Spring 5% Challenge. It’s been a difficult challenge because of all the changes and uncertainties we have been living through. I have always thought I measure success by “Doing the best I can with what I have”. Sometimes it is not perfection, but it’s the best I can do considering all that is going on my life. I hope you have been successful and able to reach your goals during the Challenge. If not, hang in there and join the In-Between Challenge and then the Summer 5% Challenge. Hope you join!
