Hi! My name is Amy. I used to be a healthier person with a high metabolism. Up until I was about 25 or 26, I weighed in at about 115 pounds. Then due to some stress in my life, my wonderfully high metabolism left me high and dry! Since then, I''ve been on a weight rollercoaster running between 130 and 170. Since I am only 5''4" with a small frame, 170 was not a good thing! It was my husband who said, ''If you are unhappy with you, only YOU can make the first step...'''' He is so right. I went out and bought a full length mirror. Let me tell you, that can be your best friend and worst enemy all in one! I serious do NOT like what I see. I want to be a better me! I want to be a healthy 125 pounds. I have decided that I am a positive, intelligent woman and I can do this!!

My Goals:
I want to eat better, look better, and feel better about myself.


My Program:
I've started eating more healthy foods and logging what I eat. I am slowly incorporating some more excercise, thanks to Wii Fit. My plan is to continue walking for now, but will be adding Tubo Jam shortly.



Personal Information:
I am happily married with one adult daughter, Heather, who lives in North Carolina. I do have 6 adopted children as well... umm, ok, they are of the 4 legged, furry variety. (Cats: Sam, Socks, Gir, Nate, Keiko, and Spooky.)


Other Information:
My sense of humor is a bit out of the ordinary... borderline smart aleck, but fun. If you want to know more, please ask.
1/12/13: Hit a mini goal of being under 140. First time in about 6 years!
Main goal: lose 30+ pounds...to be 120 again.

Mini Goals...
I am to getting fairly close to my goal now. I'd like to be down to 130 pounds by 3/15. My last two mini goals will be, of course, 125 and (the big one) 120. Baby steps.
