    I always thought running with the stroller helped build strength and I felt like I ran faster without it =)

    I don't run with the triple anymore. And when I did, it was mostly on flat stretches. It was a beast to push uphill and then scary to run with it downhill- even though it had hand breaks on it.

    I've run a couple already (DRC Independence 5k and Breakfast Bash) and have one tomorrow (Jailbreak). I'm hoping to run a couple in October (DRC The Loop and The Pumpkin Run at Joe Pool). I'd like to run the Turkey Trot again, but that all depends on where we spend Thanksgiving.

    I mostly run in the morning before my DH leaves for work. If I don't get it in before he leaves, I try to hit the gym (with childcare ;)). But, it's a bit easier for me because I'm home with the kids. With the cooler weather now, I can start running when he gets home from work =)

    I would suggest one of the 5k plans here on Sparkpeople. It'll force you to go slower building up the miles/ time again. And you'll be amazed at how quickly you bounce back to where you were.

    Have you gone back to work? Its a challenge making it to work on time but I luckily work in a very understanding office (and I'm a salaried employee so its not as big of a deal). There are others who consistently arrive later than me. Its hard leaving G every day, but thy just love him at day care, so that makes it better.
