Hello, my name is Amy. I'm a 30yr old wife and mom. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Kent, for 8 years now and we have two beautiful children, Brayden (4) and Masyn (8 months). I am also a Certified Athletic Trainer (sports medicine not personal training) which I do part time. Most recently I have also started watching my neighbors children (5 and 2). Oh and I also work in the nursery at our church a couple days a week. You could say I'm a little busy!

I am really looking forward to starting this journey (again) and getting back to my old self! This time I KNOW I'll be successful! There are no excuses and nothing is going to stop me!

My Goals:
Stick to the plan!

Small goals first:
1) Keep track of food and workout DAILY!!
3) Reach 179 (just to get into the next 10 pound range would be huge!!

My Program:
Starting out with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Cardio either at gym or outside depending on what time I do it that day.

Just getting more active in general. Riding bikes with the kids, playing catch, just getting outside and MOVING!!

I'm also going to try out Yoga.

Starting weight - 186
Goal weight - 130

Other Information:
Love playing with my little boy and spending time with my husband and baby girl. We love watching movies. Currently we are committing ourselves to being more active. We used to be very outdoorsy...not so much anymore...but we're looking to get back to that piece of ourselves we have lost along the way!
