Introduction Text Wow I am so excited about the new year; not because of events or anything like that just inside my heart I am bubbling with expectation! So glad to be apart of SP! I have met some wonderful friends and found a great source of support. I realize that this weight loss journey was going to go just like it has. Lose some and gain some. It is a process that I have excepted. I am actually enjoying it, because I can look back and see growth in myself. At my heaviest weight I was 217lbs and look at me now; down and loving it! I am not where I want to be, but I appreciate where I am. I know that if I can get here I can surely move on to my goal! It is as good as done now I need to walk it out!

My goal is to finally sell out to living a healthier lifestyle.

My program is: to make good food choices and record what I eat on a daily basis. Work my exercise plan, and continue to keep my focus by speaking my goals and writing them down. THIS WORKS WHEN I WORK IT!

I am LaShaun, a 43 year old wife of 22 years and a mother of five young adults. I live in Columbus,Ohio and I am a Medical Laboratory Technician. In my spare time I am a wedding planner and Interior decorator.

I love playing volleyball, and reading novels
