I used to eat healthy, juice daily, go to high-level aerobics classes followed by couple’s dance classes 4 to 5 nights a week. I rode my horse on trail rides and could keep up with a man building fence and working outdoors. I was tough, fit, and felt good about my body and my taunt figure. I thought this was the way I would live my entire life. Enter corporate America, 60-100 hour work weeks, high stress, fast living and no time to exercise, eat healthy or even to catch my breath. Next came health problems; 4 sleep disorders, low thyroid, anxiety, high cholesterol, hormone imbalance issues. Today, I am very overweight, never exercise, move like a sloth, eat whatever is handy and can barely face my new reality. I am ready to be another amazing story of success and triumph among the rest of your inspiring stories. I have never dieted before and do not want to “diet.” This Sparks program is the first one that has really caught my interest. Here I go!!

LOVE, love, love animals and nature Dog/animal training - only with positive reinforcement, i.e. clicker training Reading, learning, self-help Married to Sweet Scott. My mother lives with us along with 4 dogs ranging from a Maltese to Rotweiller, and 2 pygmy goats who were companions to my Arabian horse who recently passed away.
