This is the weight I would like to get back to. I was 145lbs and felt great!!

This is the dress I made for Ryleigh when she was a flower girl. She did so well, I was so proud.

I am a Third Shift Juvenile Corrections Officer, and I have found that since going to Thirds, I have put on over 15 lbs. in 1 1/2 years and I want to do something to change that.

I am a life time member of Weight Watchers and lost 44 lbs after Pre-eclampsia with my first pregnancy, so I was motivated to loose weight to have another baby, which I did and gained it all back and them a few to boot. I've went back to Weight Watchers several times and found that I could not get in the groove to loose again. While I believe it is a good program, it simply did not motivate me any more. And, I'm hoping with a new approach of tracking what I eat based on calories, carbs, fat, etc. I will learn how to be healthy and loose weight. I've had to rethink my motivation, which is to be healthy for my kids and to be active with them. They are 7 and 4 and I want to have a lot of life to live with them!!!!

I love to garden. I also can and freeze the majority of our fruits and vegetables to last us through the year. Amazingly I have discovered that with the exception of the normal bought of the flu we have been much healthier. We have had the pleasure of not suffering from any virus going around. So, I'm a happy mom!

Hello again. Just dropping in to see how you are doing. Picked some spinach for lunch today. BTW do you hunt mushrooms in your area?

The tradition of May Day begins with a basket or
container brimming with flowers and small gifts.
The May Day basket is quietly and secretly placed on the
doorstep of a neighbor or loved one, demonstrating the
    gift of giving without receiving.

The basket giver would ring the bell and run away.
The person receiving the basket would try to
    catch the fleeing giver.
If they caught the person, a kiss was to be exchanged.
