I am so sorry that I didn't see your comment on my wall! That's an awesome thought to keep you motivated... I'm kind of motivated by the same idea- I'm did it before and I'm doing it right now, everyday I have the ability to choose wisely

hey hey! :) no prohlem! I added you back. It's so cool to see that you are starting back up, I joined this in 2011, but fell off even more than when I originally started. What keeps you motivated?

Mine is good...looking forward to getting home and doing my little 10 minute workout! A walk at work sounds good, especially since you can't get out. Sorry you're not having a good day, I hope it goes by quickly for you.

Thanks for your comment on my blog...and yes, ma'am, I'm working out 10 minutes a day. I can do more and I used to do more, but I found that I'd push too hard too fast and wind up burning out. I'd work out 30 60 90 120 minutes a day, 4 or 5 days a week, and I could maintain it for a few months and then I'd burn out and not workout for a few months. Which left me feeling tired, depressed, and sore, of course. So, I decided to just do 10 a day and stick with that for a while, and not push myself beyond that until I'm ready. This also prompted the idea of dropping my daily calories by 100 calories a day, for a while, until I'm ready to drop another 100 calories. Rather than dropping 500 calories at a time. Spark on! :)
