Well let's see. I have struggled with weighloss my whole life. As far as I can remember back to my elementary days I was always heavy. I was always the tallest out of all my classmates which made me so insecure and being heavy didn't help .Once I got to high school my height wasn't a problem anymore but my weight still was. So during my junior summer I decided to lose weight for my senior year because I wanted it to be the best. I did lose weight I actually lost 62 pounds and met my goal of beable to where that size 10 prom dress. I felt beautiful for once. I then graduated and went on to working full time at a restuarant. You'd think working at a restuarant I would gain weight but actually I lost more weight because seeing the same food everyday made me not want to eat it plus i was working 12 to 14 hour days which left me not alot of time to eat. Then I met the man of my life and everything changed. I got happy and comfortable and before you know it I was packing on the pounds. Next thing you no I was pregnant and packed on 62 pounds the exact weight that I lost during my junior summer and senior year how ironic. And now 2 and a half years later I am still trying to get rid of that stubborn baby weight. The weight is coming off very slow but still coming off. So my goal on sparkspeople is to lose these thirty pounds and keep a healthy lifestyle and to be proud of myself for reaching this goal!

My Goals:
My goals are to get healthy and just be happy with me myself and I . I want to get to a healthy size where I can feel confident . It's not about the number it's just about me feeling better about my body.

My Program:
My program is easy for me nothing hard or confusing. I cut out all sodas. I drink mainly water but every now and then I have a glass of tea when I want it. I don't deny myself anything . I eat three meals aday and 2 to 3 snacks. I eat alot of peanuts and fruits. I added vegetables to my lunch and dinner, which has made a difference because I fill up on them quicker. I want my children to school and pick them up that's me exercise, it's a mile in the morning and a mile in the afternoon. Plus I just started working again just for a few days to get out of the house and that has helped because it's a night time job which is great because I am an evening snacker, so can't snack while I'm at work Yay!!

Personal Information:
I'm an average girl from a small town. My town is so small it has one stop light. I guess you would say i'm a country girl . I'm 25 years old and have to kids. I have a 2 and a half year old little girl named Hannah Claire, and an 8 year old step son who 's name is Jordan. I enjoy playing with my kids and being around my friends and family which are the best people in the world and give me alot of support.

    Thanks! Didn't really have a good day! Came home to a very sick puppy. Took her to the vet and they r keeping her over night. but doesn't look good:( But hope that u hada great day and a great work out.
