Thanks for visiting my page! Growing up I never really had to worry about my weight, seems like I was 5'7 and 108 pounds forever!! I always got compliments on how great I looked from everyone. During college and after I got married, I gained a little weight, but I was still healthy and some even said that I looked better with a little more weight, around 125-130, considering my height I was still doing pretty good, ranging in size from 5/6-7/8...then I noticed the weight kept coming on before I knew it, it was July 2005 and I was 155 pounds and 8 weeks pregnant. I was 183 when i gave birth, I did end up loosing all my baby weight except 6llbs. I really didnt to loose anymore weight, work, new baby and just life kept me busy, before you knew it my son was 16 months old and there sitting on the back of my toilet was ANOTHER positive pregnancy test!!!!!! Still sitting at 161 I was pregnant again, with weight on me that I needed to loose before getting pregnant again. I really tired to watch what I ate, but towards the end food was my only comfort, I gained more with my daughter this time. Before giving birth I was close to 196, avoiding the scales at all cost. Some of the weight came off right away, but not nearly as much as the first time. By the end of the 1st week I was still at 180 somthing, eventually I lost down to about 165 over the summer but sadly, just being non motivated, within a few months I got on the scale to see 179 staring me dead in the face. I had never weighed this much and NOT have been pregnant. This was my reality check. I tried just watching what I ate and gave excuses on why I wasnt exercising, and then something just hit me out of nowhere, and I found myself on this site....I want to be healthy again, I want to feel good about myself again....I am still very young and want to live the best life possible for me, my husband and my children!
