My name is Amber and I am currently on a mission to getting healthy and happy! I have two AMAZING sons who I live for. I've been married to my wonderful husband who is a United States Marine for almost 8 years now. I was pretty fit in my earlier twenties but after getting pregnant with my first son I gained weight and lost A LOT of muscle tone. Becoming a Mommy turned my life upside down. NOT in a bad way, it just changed so so much. I managed to lose most of the pregnancy weight except for about 10 lbs. Fast forward almost 3 years and I became pregnant with our second son! I am now 8 months post partum and still have 18 lbs to lose to reach my first goal. I decided to start with Jillian's 30 Day Shred DVD and then go from there :)
Here are my STATS!
Married at 21 years old approx 135 lbs 5'7 1/2" tall
Weight before 1st pregnancy approx 140 lbs
Weight day of delivery 198 lbs!
Weight 1 year post partum 150-155 lbs
Weight beginning of 2nd pregnancy 150 lbs
Weight a few days before delivery 186 lbs
Weight 6 months post partum approx 165 lbs
I am now 28 years old, still 5'7 1/2" tall.
Starting weight (before starting 30DS) approx160 lbs
Starting measurements:
L arm: 11 1/2"
R arm: 11 1/2"
L thigh: 21 3/4"
R thigh: 21 3/4"
Upper waist (natural waist): 30 1/2"
Lower waist (at belly button): 32 1/2"
Hips: 36 3/4"

New measurements on day 15!

Larm - 11 1/2.            Stayed the same
Rarm -11 1/2.             Stayed the same
Lthigh-21  1/2.                    -1/4"
Rthigh -21  1/2.                  -1/4"
Upper waist - 30. 1/2.  Stayed the same
Lower waist -32.              -1/2"
Hips - 36.                           -3/4"
Weight (using my moms scale 161 lbs, will use my own again when I get back to NC next week to see if I've lost any.) so a total of 1 and 3/4" lost in just 15 days :) plus I feel tighter and less "squishy"!

Before & After photos with final measuremts will be posyed on day 30!!!

Goal #1 Complete the 30 Day Shred
Goal #2 Maintain results by continuing the 30DS for an additional month and/or start another DVD & make it to 150 lbs
Goal #3 140 lbs
135 lbs!!!
