Introduction Text Do you every feel like you gain and lose the same weight? But then all the sudden you just gain weight and there is not losing of it. Well that's what happened to me. I was a very skinny kid when I was little ... it's seriously to the point where people don't think that the pictures of my childhood aren't of me. But then puberty hit, and it was lose and gain all the time. When high school rolled around, I was developing my roll. In college my roll became two rolls. Well it's time to combat my rolls …

My first goal would be to be in the 100's ... oh the joy I would have to be under 200 lbs! -DONE! My second goal is to make sure that I don't go on any medication that can be avoided by losing weight. Third goal is to get my BMI to 29.9, which is 163.75 lbs ... so that I am just over weight and not obese. At my heaviest, I was 225 lbs and had a BMI of 41.1. Fourth and final goal is to get down to 136 - to be techically Normal Weight for my height with a BMI of 24.9

Freeballing it right now. I need to just start to excercise and stop eating candy all the time. :D
