Maryjohannah ~ I may not log in often but for 3 years I have worked out 6 days/week for an average of 1 1/2 hours/workout. Then my husband and I do 6-8 hour hikes for like 3-5 consecutive days, do bike road trips, etc. I stay very active and wear a heart rate monitor so when I do log in I can go back on SP and log my fitness minutes.
