hi im ashley, all my life ive been on the heavier side, ive never been a really bad eater but yet always big, i lost alot of weight once by exercising and have a restricted diet and i kept it off fine, untill my now husband join the airforce and i ate out alot for about 5 months before he left where i gained back 30 pounds of the 50 i had lost during the diet and exercise time, and along with gaining came my bad eating habits i had left behind before,
im here to get myself back and then some! i feel awesome and amazing and now i want to look it but i dont wanna deprive myself of all the good things, i see alot of people on here saying they really only eat veggies and chicken for dinner, yeah i cant do that i need variety , gotta have my cheese burger and pasta and i know i can its just a matter of portions and exercise, i can do this i just need something to help me stay focused and tips for when i hit plateaus, help!

My Goals:
goals: .. feel good naked
. get my arms toned and not so nasty flabby(help with secrets please)
feel sexy with less clothes around my husband.
be a healthy weight for my hieght, (around 160-170)
not worrying about angles or shifting pants size again!

My Program:
i plan on getting up at least 5 times a week earlyer to workout to get my heart pumping and have a good breakfast of eggs or oatmeal, ill prolly be running, along with weights and lunges for 50 mins
join a muay thai mma class, i lost alot of weight doing this once too all over workout its great!

im a fun person who wants to go out and feel as comfortable and confident as my personality leads others to believe
