You'e right- there's plenty of veggies w/out seeds- but I've been enjoying some fabulous local tomatoes and cukes lately. I bought corn for my family tonight but abstained but did sneak a tiny slice of watermelon- 5 carbs. My energy is about the same- I am a high energy person most of the time. 3054 days ago

I added a few nuts last week, after my 2 strict induction weeks, plus a bit of peanut btter, because I craved it, so that may have hurt me too. I'm having a colonscopy next Wed so have to do that cleansing thing- which will be good, but I can't even have tomatoes or cucumbers (no seeds of any kind) for a week and no fiber supplements, which I really need on very low carb! 3054 days ago

So far so good- I feel great - I wobbled up and down 3 lbs this (my 3rd) week but I know exactly why- too many parties- some wine and a very few cheats. How are you doing? 3054 days ago

I don't think I was ever a carb addict- but it's just so handy to reach for them when you're feeling hungry- never was big on sweets- but I was always a grazer- always nibbling. I enjoy not feeling that hunger all the time now and intend to continue low carbing for the long run. Does your hubby eat like you? Mine is getting fatter and fatter and so far, most meals, I make him some starch to go with whatever I'm eating. He resents any suggestions- I'm hoping if I lose weight quickly and easily with this that he will join me. Ok- pretty sure I've been eating too much fat now- I've got the opposite of that stopped up problem- hope my body adjusts to the changes soon. When I can start adding carbs back, it will definitely be peanut butter and berries. thnx for you support!
