This is my second round in losing weight. My highest weight was in high school, at 199. I lost about 40 pounds in college, my low was 150, but I did not stay there long. I averaged 155 - 158.

After college I had a job I did not like, which made me stressed and I began eating out a lot. I put on about 15 pounds. After changing jobs and moving to a new city I became sedentary, worked in a coffee shop where people tend to gain about 15 pounds as new employees, and the weight really piled on. I also stopped cooking when I moved in with my now-fiancé and ate the food he made, which wasn't as healthy and I often ate too much (he's an amazing cook).

Currently I am in Hamburg, Germany for school and lost almost 10 pounds my first 2 months here just be not eating out as much and moving more. I began exercising at the gym and then realized I should look into the amount of calories I am eating as well and joined SP. My first goal is to get under 150 pounds for the first time in my adult life.

I am currently doing the C25K program and the 30 Day Shred. With Spark I am tracking the food I eat and how much water I drink each day.
