Introduction Text Here we go again. I just had my third baby, this time a girl! I want to be the weight that I need to be to help my self esteem and make me feel comfortable about my body. So I am setting my goal to 150. I havent been that weight since I can remember, so lets see how it goes!

My number one goal is to be 140lbs by my next birthday which is August.

My doctor and I are setting some goals on which foods I should eat and what I can do to change my eating lifestyle to a healthier one.

I love to read all sorts of books and I love movies. I also love to exercise but I really need to find the time to do it. Between working a full time job and being a full time mother its hard to find a full time diet!
