Introduction Text Hi, I'm Alydia of Arkansas. I've been fat all my life. I never dieted because I saw my sisters and other people do the diet yoyo thing and I thought why torture yourself with a diet if you're going to gain it all back anyway. At a couple of stages in my life I did change my eating habits and lost up to 30 pounds each time. Then I would get stressed out about circumstances and start eating fattening comfort food and gain it all back. This time, in this healthy change, I am going through what has to be the most stressful time of my life and so far I'm sticking to the healthy eating and exercise and the weight loss. Yeah me! Yeah God! He isthe One who gives me the determination and the strength to do this.

To live the second half of my life in better health physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and financially than the first half. Weight loss will contribute to that overall health.

Limited sugar, caffeine, refined carbs and fat, stay at least 200 calories below the lowest number on my SP daily range, 45+ minutes of aerobics every day and strength training.

I am a native of NW Arkansas, never having lived more than 10 miles from the hospital where I was born.

I am a Christian, married, no children, 3 cats. I am a good cook and I love to feed people my down home, southern, country vittles.
