Achieve my weight goal. Learn how to live it instead of just reach it.
My major goal is TO EAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON.
That might sound silly, but it's what I want.
NORMAL eaters, splurge now and then. NORMAL eaters eat WHAT they want. NORMAL eaters don't eat more than they want. And NORMAL eaters stay slim.
Right now, I am finding meditation to be very helpful.
Goals and rewards:
I want to reach my goal ...
