    Lately I've been drinking this vanilla protein from GNC (it's in their women's section) but I do like putting it in a blender with fruits and ice in the morning (strawberry and pineapple is my favorite so far).

    I drank it plain once and it's ok (the chocolate flavor is good too), but definitely not as good without the fruit and ice!

    Welcome!! I'm still pretty new-joined about a month ago and am still trying to figure out the site/program, etc!!

    Like you I want to start a family soon and have at least 50 lbs to lose!

    Yay you joined! :) Welcome! As far as what to do, I definitely recommend the daily sparkpoint challenges. Those are usually pretty easy and it keeps you motivated to keep revisiting the site and keep your account up to date.

    Really, the most important thing I've learned is that this site won't work if you don't use it. The first time I signed up, I was only partially using it which made it easier for me to not log food or my daily weight. But now since I've done the total commitment, I make it a priority to log in at least once a day and do some of the daily challenges just to stay in the mindset :)

    Anyway have fun!! And I'm loving the colors on your sparkpage btw :)
