** Completed my frist whole30 in Sept.. Lost 18 lbs!

** First 5% Challenge with Awesome A Team: "Awesome A Team congratulates you for being our biggest loser of the Fall 5% Challenge 2017!!! You reached and surpassed the 5% weight loss. WOOHOO!!" 15lbs lost 5% Challenge.

My Program:

Intermittent Fasting: 14-16hrs+ Daily. One 24hr fast a month!

Walk/Run.. 4-6 miles during week. 6-8 mile hikes on weekends.

I eat a LCHF diet. (Low Carb, Healthy Fat) Also cutting ** Dairy, Bread, Rice, & Sugar**

Eating Cleaner, Ditching the Sugar, and Walking..... That's My Program!
