Intermittent Fasting: 16hrs+ Daily. One 24hr fast a month!

Walk/Run.. 4-6 miles during week. 6-8 mile hikes on weekends.

I eat a LCHF diet. (Low Carb, Healthy Fat) Also cutting ** Dairy, Bread, Rice, & Sugar**

Eating Cleaner, Ditching the Sugar, and Walking..... That's My Program!

    emoticon Woo Hoo Sista, You getting so skinny, all the Aunties in Tacoma talking about you the Sole Postah gurl, cute yah?!! Just got back from a meeting, one of my coworker’s noticed, he said wow, you’ve lost a lot of weight..nice kine quick feel good moment. When are you guys gonna go party party wit da in-laws? I’m home this week, loving it!! Next week I’m attending a week long biz meeting in Avon, Co. It’s a classy venue and we have one day scheduled for a fun activity, I picked SPA, gonna get a deep tissue massage. I’m designing, planning, and creating a positivity shield that I will wear, it works like a protective barrier from negative drama, only positive vibrations allowed! I still going bring my Poly spear, can’t leave home without it, lol, you get yo Poi Balls, might have to borrow, bwahahah!
