    Oh my gosh your timing was perfect. Made my day!! I laid in bed for 40 minutes debating weather i should get up and go to the gym... ugh what a waste of time!!! But i did it. I worked out and feel sooo much better emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Sharing smiles is a very good thing!

    I have found myself getting all competitive in races...I know that's what a race is right? but it's supposed to be self competition...improving against my own performance not keeping up with the jackrabbits....and since I'm not a kid, I can't keep that up for long. LOL But any time I feel myself doing pretty well in comparison, I feel so good about myself. I can still vividly recall the first time I tried to run...I thought I was going to die...and it lasted only about 5 minutes and it was not even half as fast as that TM fast interval. 5 years down and I'm actually Almost...a jackrabbit! LOL
