I'm 49 and a stay- at- home mom of 6, from ages 6-25. I have 2 grand-kids and one on the way. I've been with my BFF hubby forever ๐Ÿ’•. I just got 2 new rescue kittens that we are all in love with, and my dogs are actually getting along with! I have about 25 lbs to lose and I've been doing No S diet on and off for close to 5 years, but have fallen off the wagon since December. I have a hard time not grazing, sampling, or eating leftovers off the kids' plates. NO S really helps me break this habit but I never find it easy starting again. However, I am tracking calories this time around. One of my teenaged daughters died 2 years ago on July 13th, and my younger sister (mom of 4) died 5 months later, both unexpectedly. It's been a really difficult couple of years, but things are looking up and I'm ready to start taking care of myself again. I want my kids to look back when they're older and not be embarrassed of me. I want to rock my 50th birthday next June! I want to be happy at my annual exam weigh-in next March. I want to feel in control. I can definitely do this.

My Goals:
Make 3 meals a day a habit.
Stop permagrazing.
Continue to workout 5 days a week, but add more.
Look and feel my best ever on my 50th birthday.
Stop being a human garbage disposal (eating every sample or leftover that crosses my path)
Don't binge-- and that means more than just food.
***That on my annual exam, my weight will have actually gone down instead of up.

emoticon Taking the first step emoticon

emoticon Once you take the first step of a workout, the rest just seems to fly by. The first step can even be easy. Begin with a walking program to build endurance, then move to jogging and running. emoticon Just keep moving and make healthy choices on this fit Sunday! emoticon

emoticon I hope you are making progress on your weight loss journey! I look forward to having your encouragement and support on my weight loss journey too! emoticon
