I'm a 28 yr old Stay at home mom to one wonderful 7yr old boy, wife to one wonderful dude! Trying to get fit and healthy! I have lost 22lbs since March 2011 and have about 20 more to go!

**update March 24th 2012, still working on getting out of the 140's Im 2-3 lbs away. It is so frustrating!!! I'm going to zumba 3-4 times a week ST on alternate days, going for walks I don't know what else to do
I hope it happens soon....

*update May 11th seeing 139-140 on the scale, feeling awesome!!

*update June 26 138-139 on the scale....need to hit the gym more often I have been totally slacking on gym time, surprised I haven't gained weight.

**update August 4th yikes August??? Started going to zumba again, still 138-139...

*update Sept.8 yikes where has the yr gone??? 135.4lbs, still have to get back into a regular gym/workout routine...

*update October 23 Stuck @137 back into zumba routine! Gym membership paid off !! NO excuses!

*update March 6th 2013 Yikes this year is flying by!!! @135...slow and steady wins the race I guess...

Wow long time no update!! 10/9/13 actually saw 133.8 on the scale this am:) can't wait to be out of the 130'S.

*update 2/27/2014 Working out up to 5 times a week!! Added bootcamp, yoga and HIIT(butts and guts) sometimes spinning to my zumba classes. Scale is stuck at 133...but I'm wearing size 4/6 yay!!

*update 2/1/16 wow how time flies!! scale is at 147...needless to say I have some work to do...

*updatw 3/23/16 142.5...chuggin along! I must must must add more workouts!

August 8 2016 135... working on looking great at sisters wedding which is September 30 hoping to be out of the 130's by then...

January 9th 2017 survived the holidays I'm 132-133...
September 21 2017 128lbs Lots going on... trying to get to and stay at 125. Slowly but surely
